Cali Williams Yost,

Called "one of the smartest" and "sophisticated thinkers" by The New York Times, Cali Williams Yost has been shaping the global dialogue on work+life flexibility for nearly two decades. Yost is the CEO and founder of Work+LIfe Fit, Inc., a research and consulting firm that develops and implements the broad-ranging organizational and personal flexibility strategies that have become a strategic imperative for global business success. Clients range from BDO Seidman, LLP and Quaker/Tropicana to the United Nations, Ernst & Young and the U.S. Navy. A former commercial banker and graduate of Columbia Business School, Yost is author of the critically acclaimed Work+Life: Finding the Fit That's Right for You, the first "work+life "fit" handbook for individuals. Since 2007, she has served as an expert blogger for Fast Company magazine. "Cali speaks the language of businesses when it comes to positioning workplace flexibility as a fundamental driver of business outcomes, " says Jennifer Swanberg, Ph.D. associate professor and executive director for the Institute for Workplace Innovation at the University of Kentucky. "She presents the business case for flexibility--why work-life fit is critical to operations in the 21st century." An in-demand consultant, keynote speaker and workshop presenter, Yost serves as an evangelist for the broad organizational impacts of work+life flexibility--from employee engagement, innovation, cost containment and talent management to global client service, sustainability and disaster preparedness. Prior to founding Work+Life Fit, Yost held senior consulting roles with the Families and Work Institute and Bright Horizons Family Solutions, two of the field's pioneering organizations. In 2007, she was honored with the "Rising Star Award" from the Alliance for Work-Life Progress. Yost lives in New Jersey with her husband and two daughters.
Joanne Spigner,

Joanne Spigner is a principal of VisionFirst, a consulting firm that offers facilitation, training, and organizational coaching services to businesses and non-profits. Joanne and her VisionFirst partner Janice Maffei offer expertise and tools for groups to rapidly build shared vision, engage others in the vision, and innovate to achieve it. Their work helps clients’ strategic initiatives gain traction and achieve targeted goals.
For over two years Joanne and Janice hosted Invent the Future, a talk show on innovation and leadership broadcast on VoiceAmerica.com. During her corporate career, Joanne’s roles included managing director of leveraged finance, credit training director, and work+life strategy leader for Prudential Financial, and buyer and divisional branch manager for Jordan Marsh department stores (now Macy’s).
Joanne earned an MBA in finance from NYU’s Stern School and a BA in psychology from Colgate University. She is a Colgate trustee, past president of the alumni association, and a recipient of the distinguished service award.

Donna Miller has over ten years experience in the field of organizational learning and development. She specializes in change management and strategic planning with an emphasis on the leadership mindsets, skills, and knowledge necessary to those processes. She has coached and consulted with leaders and teams, and has created custom-designed programs inside organizations to facilitate culture change, enhance productivity, and improve employee retention and satisfaction. Her approach to coaching helps individuals and teams become self-aware so that they can set their own direction and sustain their own development.
Donna founded dmtd consulting, Inc. in 2003 to provide innovative learning and development services to organizations ready for true transformation. dmtd consulting utilizes traditional disciplines coupled with cutting edge thinking and ideas. Dmtd consulting is focused on quantitative business results.
As a consultant, Donna’s experience has allowed her to partner with a wide variety of corporate and not-for-profit organizations. Her engagements have included organizations such as: American Medical Association, Allied Printing Resources, Anthropologie/Urban Outfitters, Banana Republic, BDO Seidman, Cheshire Home For the Disabled, Forth & Towne, JCrew, Jockey, Gap International Strategic Alliances, Summit Area YMCA, New York State Medical Alliance, as well as a number not for profit organizations. Donna has used her experience to benefit New Jersey municipalities and government agencies.
Prior to consulting, Donna led training and development at Banana Republic and worked in Gap, Inc.’s Human Resource and Development department. She holds a J.D. from Pace University School of Law, and a B.A. from Ithaca College. She is actively involved in her community. She sits on various Boards of Trustees and leads the city of Summit’s strategic planning committee, Shaping Summit Together. She lives in New Jersey with her husband, three children and an alarming number of books.
